My Approach
I have a great respect for my clients and their stories. I consider it a privilege to journey with them toward health and wholeness. I see my role as coming alongside clients to help them make sense of their experiences and develop more flexible ways of handling their difficulties. My approach in working with clients is informed by Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

About Me
I have been happily married for 10 years and have three wonderful children. After meeting at Whitworth, my wife and I lived abroad before returning to the pacific northwest. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outside.
